Rural Housing Readiness Survey

Help Us Shape Clarion’s Housing Future

Clarion is taking an important step toward understanding and improving our community’s housing opportunities. As part of the Rural Housing Readiness Assessment (RHRA), the Clarion Development Alliance and the City of Clarion are working with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach to evaluate current housing conditions, identify gaps, and develop a long-term plan that supports residents, businesses, and future growth.

Your feedback plays a key role in this effort. Community perspectives help us:

- Identify the types of housing Clarion needs now and in the future

- Understand barriers residents face when finding or maintaining housing

- Support local workforce needs

- Strengthen neighborhood vitality and community development

- Guide future projects and investments

We encourage all residents, business owners, and community partners to take part in the RHRA survey linked below. The more voices we hear, the stronger and more accurate our plan will be.

If you would like assistance completing the survey or prefer a paper copy, please stop by the CDA Office or call Bailey Sebby at 515-532-2256.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your insights and help move Clarion forward.
