Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, based on state requirements. Minimum of three months of experience in a related field preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.
LPN - Monitors the health and medical condition of individuals served. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing physicals, providing treatment, and scheduling medical appointments as needed. Also coordinates the schedule of the pm nurses, assigns work, and evaluates staff performance.
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nursing/Vocational Nursing certification. Minimum of one year of nursing experience. Must have valid state driver's license.
